Shipping policy
Shipping & Delivery
Every cap is finalised by hand in Europe. We ship as quickly as possible without compromising the care that goes into making the product.
Processing time
After payment is received, we prepare your order within 1–2 business days. If a piece is ready to ship it leaves sooner — otherwise it takes a little longer, because the embroidery requires time per piece.
Destinations & rates
Single flat rate worldwide: € 4.99. Inside Germany, shipping is free above an order value of € 100.
- Germany: 1–3 business days. Shipping € 4.99 — free above € 100.
- EU (Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, etc.): 3–6 business days. Shipping € 4.99.
- International (Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, etc.): 5–10 business days. Shipping € 4.99. Import duties, customs, and VAT are paid by the recipient.
Carriers
Within Germany we ship with DHL. For EU and international deliveries we use DHL or DPD. All shipments include tracking.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves the atelier you receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link. You can follow the status live at any time.
Delays
If your tracking shows no new status for more than 5 business days, write to support@résidence-club.com. We will follow up with the carrier and either re-ship or refund.
Customs & import (outside the EU)
For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, UK, USA), import duties (customs, VAT, carrier fees) may apply and are paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges.
Packaging
Recycled card, no logo, no glossy plastic. Discreet and considered — even at the moment of unboxing.
